I waited over an hour and no one said there would be a such a large delay nor was anyone apologetic. I was there at 9:01 and the walking started at 9:00. However, the doctors and OT were kind and helpful. OT was very fast!

Dr seemed almost challenging/skeptical when he asked me how I hurt myself, but his banter with his assistant while giving me the shot distracted me from the pain.

Dr.Ellis and his team have treated me for 3 different issues relating to my knees, hands/wrists, and elbow since Nov 2023. 100% recommend him for sports/arthritis related issues.

Dr Ellis (Carey spelling? Kerry?) Ellis was and IS a kind caring AMAZING doctor. He was very knowledgeable compassionate, understanding of my trauma and took the initiative and best path to quickly get me to the appropriate care that I needed. He validated me was supportive and realized I should have been seen by a Trauma Orthopedic Specialist. Dr. Ellis is a sports medicine doctor whom I would gladly recommend to anyone who needs one.

The doc was very good, however, I waited over one hour for him to come in to see me. It would have been nice to have someone come in & explain the delay. Then I couldn't make my follow up appointment because the front desk left at 4pm.

Was 45 minutes late for the appointment. Spent 10 minutes without much discussion of issues. Brought someone with him in street clothes. Never introduced him or said why he was there. Then left. 45 minutes later after I went looking for someone a nurse or PA came back with a bunch of papers with instructions that in some cases contradicted what the doctor had said.

Smooth movement from entry to plan in place to help me. Each stage from work up to X-ray to results to prep for injection to into my car already feeling less anxious with a positive outlook ahead. Strong team appt.
