Results about my abnormal EKG results were posted to my account and I had to call the office twice and make an appointment with a different doctor to understand what was posted. This is extremely stressful for a patient to receive this information with no knowledge to what it means. I was also told by Dr.Matar herself that she would call me Monday, that did not happen. She left a note on my portal days later that were not helpful. Bad manners and consideration towards patients.
