Dr. O'Brien was exceptional. He was compassionate, thorough, and took the time to truly listen to our concerns. He never made us feel rushed and explained everything clearly, which gave us tremendous peace of mind during a stressful time with our sick daughter. Dr. O'Brien was absolutely wonderful with my 10 year old daughter who gets extremely anxious at the doctor's office. He took his time explaining everything to her and made her feel like she was a part of the treatment decision making. She came into the office with tears in her eyes and left giggling:). She is looking forward to seeing Dr. O'Brien for her physical in few weeks:).
