My endeavor is to find joy in the work I do in patient care—so that patients feel a sense of welcome and companionship during their visits, and so my workers, patients and I all feel a shared sense of enjoyment.

Visit was fine, but after my test results came in I have received ZERO COMMUNICATION about my abnormal results. Its been over 2 weeks and that's unacceptable. Do I have a disease? My blood results show all kinds of abnormalities and no one is saying a thing to me. Very disappointed and angered by the lack of communicating my test results and leaving them to me and an AI to interpret. Terrible service and I need to find a new physician in an entirely new medical group. I'm so disappointed.

Dr. Chuck is an excellent provider. No pressure or pushing to do things I have made clear I will not do - especially regarding vaccines. Very practical approach in discussing the questions I had for him. I would recommend him to anyone. This is the way all doctors should act - as a trusted advisor. Not a stern dictator. In the end, I make all final decisions about my health and Dr. Chuck clearly respects that.

My only complaint is that a key test was not ordered for my blood work. The sugar count was way high on the previous test and only by double checking the new results did I discover this. Now I have to return for another blood draw (which I hate). This could have been serious if I am still way high on this item.
