As an RN myself I felt her to be very knowledgeable, answered all my questions without rushing me and reassured me not once by twice that the symptoms I was feeling were part of the healing process. I expected I would wait a long time or might not get a call at all. To my very pleasant surprise, she called back within 10 minutes and answere my questions.
