I really love Dr Laich. You can tell how much he cares about his patients. You will always have his undivided attention, and he will always strive to do best by you! I feel comfortable, and heard, and things are being explained to me so that I am a part of my own plan of care. He never leaves his patients feeling "in the dark" about what is happening. Dr Laich Is thorough, and attentive to every detail. Also incredibly knowledgeable! He's kind and approachable. Dr Laich makes you feel like he's been a close friend for years. This is absolutely someone that I recommend to everyone that I know who has spine issues.

My care provider called into the appointment 2.5 hours after my appointment time. My appointment was then rescheduled as I was no longer able to meet at that time. At the new appointment, he called 1:15 later than the appt time. There was no attempt initially on behalf of the office to call and reschedule after he missed the first appointment. I had to call them to reschedule. When they rescheduled me, and I finally talked to him an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time on the second attempt, he said he had no clue that there was even an appointment scheduled. The entire process was difficult and frustrating and I do not feel like a valued patient.
