The front desk staff and medical provider was super nice and listened and addressed my concerns.

Staff at front desk were great. On the other hand, I was extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Ericson. I made appointment for annual physical exam, new patient. Now I understand why it was so easy to find appointment with him within just few weeks and late afternoon. The appointment was just 15 minutes. He performed a very brief exam and just ordered lab work. He did not discuss his rationale for ordering those specific blood tests. I asked if they were considered preventive and answered he didn't know. I asked about specific Issue that Is bothering me and basically said the Google answer and showed no willingness to address my concerns. His attitude demonstrates he doesn't care about the patient's wellness and he is just there to push paperwork and lab orders through the system. If that's what Endeavor wants/needs, a highly paid MD is not needed for that function. I would not recommend Dr. Ericson .

I recently went in for a physical, This was the second in three years and as the previous one it was a was disappointing experience. The visit felt rushed, with only the bare minimum being addressed. Any concerns I had written down were not discussed or redirected to other specialists without meaningful discussion. I left feeling that my time and money were not well spent. As a result, I'll be looking for a new primary care physician moving forward."
