The PCP dr. Hwang is always one of the best, listening and caring to my health problems, giving the best advice. He will explain why I need to do a new test or changing a medication; also, he helps to control the effect of its/following and ordering the laboratory analysis/visits.

If Dr. Hwang and his team did not consistently provide good serivce, I wouldn't still be his patient ~15 years after I was assigned to him at a walk-in critical-need visit. And my reluctance to refer others to him is not an indication of any lack on his or his staff's part, but because I know how busy he already is.
