Dr. Matusiak is great. But he was so behind today and we were not notified of any delays and I ended up missing my own appointment because of the over half an hour delay. Then we had to go downstairs for labs and come back up to give proof of immunizations. The whole process took 2 hours, which was just ridiculous just to get a physical.

The staff was great! Greeted me when I walked up, MA didn't say her name. But did have an ID on. Dr Matusiak was great! [...] Talked through things before anything. And made my daughter feel at ease. Great visit!

He listen to your concerns, checks your child, answers all of your questions, if you need the referral he will let you know if it's necessary and send it to my chart. He will also guide or give suggestions on how to improve things at home if that is the case (like exercise or activities)

The nurses and staff were great! Dr. Matusiak was not unfortunately. It felt incredibly rushed and my concerns were not heard at all. He basically told me to go home and google a virus and not to call back. I spoke to a nurse before scheduling this appointment to make sure it was appropriate to bring her in which they said it was and he basically rolled his eyes about her being there. Incredibly unprofessional
