My endeavor is to leave this world a better place than I found it, as a person and as a provider, so that someday, I can tell my son wholeheartedly that I want him to do the same.

Every person I meet is coming from a different place. I focus on listening first and meeting people where they are, then work to empower them with choices. Psychiatry can be intimidating, so I aim to break it down and make sure patients feel supported, heard and in control of their path forward.

Dr. Moy did a thorough check-in with me, inquiring to see if I had experienced any side effects with my medications, how I've been feeling/handling my emotions...he asked if I had been dealing with any emotionally charged situations...we also discussed the CBT I've been doing, and the pros/cons of various dosages of medicines that I have been prescribed. Dr. Moy explains things using analogies that help me to more easily understand. In addition, he commends me on progress I've made! I would highly recommend him to family members as well as friends in need of psychiatric services.

Dr. Moy is superb at determining course of action, given patient's symptoms and consideration of patient's desires. He is very vigilant with monitoring progress/outcomes. He is personable and communicates with analogies and lay terms to assist the patient in understanding options with pros and cons of each, as well as the process. He's conservative and empathetic in his approach. In short, he's amazing - a 10 out of 10!!!!
