My philosophy of patient care is twofold. For hospitalized patients, I aim to get them over the hill—whether that’s a small bump or a steep mountain—and keep them healthy. For those without urgent issues, I focus on prevention through diet, exercise and lifestyle so they can avoid needing my services altogether.

Dr. Najman was well prepared for my visit, was prompt and clear in sharing his assessment of my current condition, and did not seem at all rushed to move on, in spite of apparent current corporate pressure (MY language and issue-NOT raised by Dr N) to move patients through quickly, a pressure that, sadly, seems widespread currently in corporate medicine. A very personable, caring and sensitive practitioner.

Dr Naijman was *very* well prepared for my visit, having already spoken with my other doctors. He took a lot of time to explain how the heart works in general and what wasn't working right in my body. He was thorough & kind, and laid out a clear plan of action. Sadly, much now depends on other cardiac specialists, for whom I must wait 5 weeks. That part makes me feel unsafe.
