NP Jefferson was simply marvelous. I felt she listened to me and responded with knowledge and care. I had requested to see someone in the EP group as suggested by my nephrologist and was seen a few days later. All my interactions with this group have been stellar Deborah even took it to a higher level. Being a retired dentist I'm aware of the importance it is to show empathy and confidence to patients. Deborah gets an A+ in my book.

Debbie was great and I'm going to tell you why. First of all she was very personable and friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable and it was our very first appointment together. That being said I started by asking questions about how to improve my diet, if I was able to ramp up my exercise routine and questioned how to better monitor my intake of liquids all of which she answered in detail, what & why it was important to improve the current state of health. She explained what her and the team were trying to accomplish with my medications, provided literature about diet and answered questions about what I should expect from the treatment I was receiving from the team. We talked about connecting virtually so as to ease the financial burden of having to Uber it to future appointments and afterwards via NorthShore Connect additional questions I had about dental recommendations. I would highly recommend her to anyone as well as all the doctors, cnp's & acp's in vare of my well being & health.
