From the Mom and I walked in the office. Everybody was super kind caring and very respectful. I arrived early and as a day went, they got me in early Julianna the nurse is probably one of the most amazing people that I've met and Dr. Sandler is truly an amazing physician. She leaves no stone unturned. She explains everything to you always has a plan before you come in but help me so much and the months that I haven't seen her that her plan wasn't needed because what she did for me six months ago is working I would highly recommend this office.

She has a good relationship with all of her staff, and they also are caring and competent. I continue to be extremely impressed by Dr. Sandler. She seems incredibly smart and very focused on making sure my bones are in the best health/strength possible. She does the deep dives on reviewing the data, ordering the data as well as paying attention to my responses. I've recommended her to others; she was recommended to me. She may be the best doctor I have ever had. Wish all my doctors were of her calibre. The older I get, the more I value excellent doctors and the less inclined I am to see non-doctors, like assistants or practitioners (which seem to be all you have at your Skokie Urgent Care Facility). Makes me think Endeavor is focused more on profit margins than actual client care at your Urgent Care Facility.

I appreciated the team approach culminating in my appointment with Dr. Sandler. X-ray to check for spinal fractures and blood work were done first. I had positive professional direction from physical therapy appointments with [...] which focused on my balance and strength improvement. Dr.Sandler was very comprehensive in addressing the whole body focus that I was seeking. She made recommendations based on my history, provided daily guidelines and will involve me in the next steps of addressing my osteoporosis. The team provided the support I had hoped to achieve! I had brought a copy of my MRI results from the Medical University of SC, but she had already reviewed the scan by accessing my MUSC chart. She asked me lots of questions, and I will need to change my diet to seek out ways to ingest calcium rather than getting it from pills. She asked me to take some tests which I have set up already.

This was my first visit with Dr. Diana Sandler. She was very professional, was interested in my history and concerns. She spent ample time with me and was responsive to my questions. I am following her recommendations and will see her again in a few months as recommended following testing.

What I appreciate most about Dr. Sandler is that she apparently notices everything and I don't think I ever have left her office without some new bit of useful information as a result of that. She tells me I'm dehydrated and should make sure to drink a full bottle of water before my blood test. Dr. Sandler told me the osteoporosis treatment I'd been taking wasn't working and explained why In detail, then gave me chapter and verse on what comes next. She treats my husband as well and tells us as she copies in his other doctors about blood tests she's ordering, making sure we know the results might affect their area of expertise. When it comes to our health there is no such thing as too much information and it's comforting that she has a wealth of information and shares without being prompted.
