Ms Zimmerman, was very kind and positive, showing empathy to my situation. She was able to quickly diagnose my issue and offer a solution that resulted in quick relief by the next day. Ms Zimmerman is easy to talk and was very attentive. I am thankful that I was able to see her on this occassion.

Diane Zimmerman dismissed my concerns. She Ignored my pain and was extremely condescending. Anytime I tried to speak she talked over me and the appointment felt rushed. I left feeling worse then I did before.

Diane was so kind and funny throughout the appointment. Going in I knew nothing about her or the office, so I was really lucky to end up with her as my PCP. I was a bit nervous about making sure I got referrals, but she took my concerns seriously and had great advice. By the end of the visit she had me feeling confident and laughing with her.
