About Donna Warder, APN-CNM
Donna Warder, APN-CNM, a certified nurse midwife at Endeavor Health, provides care across the reproductive lifespan, from adolescence through menopause. She offers wellness exams, labor support, lactation services and contraceptive counseling, and leads group prenatal care through the Centering Pregnancy program. Donna practices trauma-informed care and supports patients in making informed decisions aligned with their health goals.

My endeavor is to keep learning and to do my best work every day for my patients.
Care philosophy
I believe pregnancy, labor and birth are natural processes, not medical problems to be solved. I support people’s choices—how they want to give birth, parent or manage their health. I also work to create a safe environment where patients feel comfortable sharing sensitive concerns and empowered to make informed decisions.
