Doctor Massel Is an orthopedic surgeon. I personally hope he remains with Endeavor for some time. His compassionate approach, understanding of the patient needs, and insecurities is almost prodigious. I have seen many doctors through North Shore, but none who engaged in conversation with me about my health issues in his unique manner. Dr. Massel focus was not simply on the symptoms but the root of the problem. He did not dismiss my years of concerns but provided additional resources I was unaware of. Thank you, Dr. Massel, for listening to me, for clearly communicating to me, for providing me information that I was not aware of, and most importantly respecting my concerns. Lastly, discussing the merits of recording notes as opposed to writing them .
