I was running late that day because weather had slowed traffic down significantly and I was not sure if I would be able to get to the doctor's office less than fifteen minutes late. I called the office from my car to explain the situation and I was told I would be called back. When I was called back, I was told to continue on my way to the office and Dr. Wali would definitely see me that day, even if I had to wait a little longer. When I arrived only ten minutes late, I was taken in immediately.
