Ellen and her asst both were very welcoming and eased my nervousness. My appt. Was a reschedule due the scheduler didn't make the location clear and I went to the wrong office.

Support staff was extremely kind. Ellen seemed rushed, didn't try to connect with me on a personal level. I expressed anxiety about removal of stitches and movement of post operative wrist and she didn't attempt to ease that anxiety at all. That is one of the reasons I like [...] is because of his compassion and empathy during prior visits. Ellen did not match his level of personal care.
