Dr. Chang was fantastic! I felt very comfortable getting to know him & he genuinely cared & was able to provide some great recommendations and a game plan for this next year for me. It's a plus that he's closer to my age too; we were able to connect on the same level which was refreshing.

I come away from every visit I have, feeling cared for and heard. Dr Chang is very thorough and is never rushed or abrupt. If I have questions regarding my health or care plan, Dr Chang explains everything and is always open to working with me to explore options rather than just tell me what he thinks I should do and leave it at that.

Dr. Franklin Chang is a nice gentleman; however, I don't feel the connection in authenticity and true care from a provider. This was our second appointment with Dr. Chang and both felt rushed. I also turned down a vaccine in both appointments and felt judgment rather than understanding. I'm not sure if we will be returning back to him

I haven't seen him in almost 2 years but you can tell he took great notes on the visit because when I went back he was asking an update on pretty much everything we last spoke about.
