I always the care I receive , the wait time this visit was longer than normal . I do know that it is out of the doctors control sometimes. Not really wanting to see a student but would rather have most of my time spent with my actual doctor.

Although everyone was very nice, I Waited 30 mins in the room for a dr to see me, this was not the main provider but a Dr who took notes. Then waited more for the actual prescriber to meet with me. Too many steps, this initial visit could have been a televisit. With technology today, it's easy to communicate delays.

Dr. Mosnaim seems so knowledgeable and caring. On our first visit, she seemed to know so much about my symptoms and the related conditions that my sibling has that she completed my sentences IN A GOOD WAY. I felt very validated about my concerns and look forward to my subsequent visits with her. The only downside was she was running about 45 minutes late, and I don't think there was an apology, BUT everything else exceeded my expectations by far.

The provider listened attentively and came up with a plan of action to implement immediately. She and the staff also explained the pre-authorization process they would be undergoing in order to get the right medication for me. They explained the timeline and clearly communicated expectations.
