Grace Min, APN-CNP, an advanced practice clinician specializing in cardiology at Endeavor Health, provides care across the spectrum of heart health. She began her career as a bedside nurse on a cardiology unit and has remained in the field, now serving as a structural interventional cardiology nurse practitioner. Grace supports patients before and after procedures, offering education, reassurance and collaborative care. She values building long-term relationships, empowering patients through teamwork and helping them feel supported in managing both acute and chronic cardiac conditions.

He was good my doctor he was informative. I just guessed that he could be a better doctor being more one on one with your visit with the patient. I felt like he was a good doctor, but he showed it in his mannerism and just the way he stood I got the feeling that he knew he was good and That he was going to impress me and my sister and he did but I don't want a doctor that just impresses me I want him to connect with us also and otherwise I guess he was good. I mean that's all I can say.
