I was having a hypertensive urgency. I needed to be seen as soon as possible, to be started on blood pressure meds, since Urgent Care does not do it. Everyone in the office, and doctor, went out of their way to make this possible. They squeezed me in very last minute. I was able to start blood pressure meds right away, and this helped me avoid ER visit or hospitalization. Doctor was very nice, caring, and informative. She took time to listen to my needs, and offered multiple options to control my blood pressure. I felt reassured and supported.
