Dr. Ross has been my PCP for many years. She is compassionate, thorough and has always made me feel comfortable discussing personal medical issues. She has always responded quickly when I have reached out to her on mychart with a question or concern and has been able to "squeeze" me in for an in-person appointment when needed. I chose my new insurance plan based on her being able to continue being my PCP. She is a true asset to Endeavor Health. Her supporting staff is great too!

I respect my doctor, Jacquline Ross, to the highest degree. She is kind & a good listener & knowledgeable about medicine & health. I had thought about going to a gerontologist as I am now 70 years old, but Dr. Ross is extremely well versed in health & womens health & aging womens health. I no longer entertain the idea of switching doctors. Since I myself am an RN & had worked for Edward/Elmhurst Healthcare for over 10 years, I am more than pleased with the "team" approach to my optimum health as Dr. Ross considers input I have regarding my health. It's how healthcare should be & Dr. Ross's model of doctor/patient healthcare should be used by all doctors in my opinion.
