Janandana Jeganmohan, MD, a family medicine physician at Endeavor Health, provides care grounded in compassion, trust and lifelong relationships. Inspired by her father, a general practitioner, she treats patients as she would her own family, supporting them physically, emotionally and mentally. Dr. Jeganmohan also has a clinical interest in diabetes management and emphasizes patient education and empowerment in every visit.

She is amazing! Ive been through alot over the past 2 years, she has encouraged me to live much healthier life. I am doing so much better mentally and physically, I had given up hope but she never gave up on me. I'll never be 100%, however because of her care I'm actually living my life and able to enjoy little things like going to the grocery store or go for a walk. I'm so lucky to have crossed paths with Dr. Jegamohan!!

Doctor was late for appointment. I was made aware by the amazing nurse so I understood. Doctor was 35 minutes late and was in my appointment for 2-3 minutes. Felt rushed. Like she didn't have time to listen.

I've never had a Dr make me feel like my life is worth something, until I started with Dr.Mohan. My weight loss journey has been successful with Dr. Mohan And she always makes me feel so uplifted as a woman and person. She pushes me to be better and do better and in each appointment we celebrate small and big wins accomplished. Although I haven't followed all instructions such as counseling and wearing a blood sugar monitor, I have been able to manage my diabetes much better with her care. We recently celebrated a big win A1C was at an 11 and dropped down to 6.5 in just a few months. Thst is a huge win for me. A lot of that is because she makes me feel like I can accomplish anything I set my mind to. I love her nurses they are literally the exact same as her when it comes to making me feel important. This health care team has made me feel safe, loved and important. I can not say enough wonderful things about her and the nurses. And also the front desk staff !

I don't think that I have ever had the same nurse twice who has done my vitals. However, I have never had any issues with any of the nurses. They have always been positive and super friendly. Dr. Jeganmohan is by far the best doctor that I have ever had. She is patient, reassuring, and answers every question with an explanation that helps me to understand exactly what I need to do. I live about an hour and a half away from this doctor, but I have told multiple people that if my insurance would cover it, I would do monthly visits with this doctor and the nurses. I have nothing but positive things to say about this group.
