This care provider seems very knowledgeable in endocrinology. The staff was very friendly. I did feel rushed a talked over a bit in my appointment. When I looked at the appointment summary on the portal there were questions I did not remember answering with results. I added clarification in a note to the doctor/care team. Slowing down during first appointments could be a more welcoming environment for future clients.

First of all, it seemed that the Dr was in a rush. Also, the doctor ordered blood work. The doctor forgot to electronically sign the order and we were in the hospital from 11:30-1:30 until the office finally faxed an electronic signature of the order. All staff are attentive to my needs as a visually impaired person. All intake staffers are considerate and I especially appreciate that they converse with me for a few minutes before taking my blood pressure. Consequently, my blood pressure reading here is always more accurate than when the reading is taken at other medical care facilities. Dr Dhali is thorough and explains concepts succinctly and clearly. I appreciate her care and evident respect for me as an intelligent woman.

Dr. Dhali's expertise and care literally saved my life. She was concerned about me edging toward diabetes and encouraged me to cut back on carbs and increase exercise. Because of her concern, I found resources and lost 39 pounds while also increasing my cardiac exercise to 250 minutes a week. Unfortunately, I suffered an aortic dissection in [...] 2024. Many if my care providers in the hospital commented that because I was in overall good health and condition I was better able to withstand the emergency open heart surgery. Dr. Dhali's care made my recovery possible and I will be forever grateful to her.
