This was my first time scheduling with Dr. Jennie Ou, and I felt like she rushed my appointment. She barely looked me in the face so it definitely did not feel like a collaborative appointment. I had questions specific to my situation and I understand that she is not specialized in patients with MS but still felt like I was answering my own questions. Definitely did not provide any general education about woman's health other than if I want to have children I need to do it soon since I'm getting older. I would not schedule with her again in the future

Dr. Ou was very informative and answered all my questions. She was also helpful in getting me an ultrasound appointed when I needed one asap. I appreciate her helpfulness.

Dr. Oh spent no more than 5 minutes in the room with me during my appointment and was completely emotionless during this time, not even a smile. She entered the room and barely said hello and jumped straight into asking medical questions. Bedside manner was non-existent. When I was asking questions regarding my UTI, she was not very helpful and did not reassure me in any way, leaving me feeling a bit nervous about the situation. She left the room to get the doppler and after checking the heartbeat she just looked at me and said "okay everything seems fine." She wasn't going to share the heart rate with me or anything else had I not asked. She then quickly left the room WITHOUT saying goodbye. I truly have never been treated this way at any appointment, let alone an OB appointment where I am already a bit anxious and worried about the development of my baby. I left the appointment in tears.
