The attention, empathy, and cordiality of the staff that worked with me during my first appointment were exactly what I have been looking for since I started my search for a new provider (after a very dismissive and disrespectful experienced with the gynecologist I went to last year). Dr. Ocampo and her nurse' practiced active listening skills that made me feel safe and understood from the start. Their approach and way of addressing my concerns and preferences showed cultural competence and a high level of professionalism.
