Dr Lin listened carefully to my symptoms and addressed my concerns explaining what he planned for my medical needs. He asked if I had any questions before ending my appointment and told me to call if I had any concerns. I felt thankful I was able to be seen the same day I called for an appointment and not have to go to urgent care or wait another 24 hours to be seen at the office.

Dr. Lin is the most compassionate doctor I've ever had. He knows how anxious I can be and he reassures me at every step of my physical exam. He answers all my questions and thoroughly explains all my test results. Dr. Lin's nurse was so kind to me. I get very anxious about having my blood pressure taken. After two very high readings, I asked her if she'd be willing to try one more time. She said "of course" and my blood pressure had come way down. She went above and beyond. I was very grateful.

Over the years, I've had three wonderful PCPs at Northshore/Endeavor. Two of them left in the past 5 years & it has been a struggle to find someone where the MD & the practice met my expectations. Finally success! Dr. Lin is the best internist I've ever had. He's knowledgeable & thorough & efficient with superb interpersonal skills. He is almost always on time for appointments. Communication via Connect when followup is needed is done quickly & efficiently. That he's younger than me & will hopefully stick around for a while is a plus, as is the fact that his practice is by far the best Endeavor practice I've ever dealt with. When I had a medical emergency (severe reaction to poison ivy) last year, tho Dr. Lin did not see me, one of his colleagues did & gave me excellent care.
