Dr Pomerantz arrived late due to bad weather but staff had informed me this was the case. When he did arrive to see me he was very centered and patient during his assessment time with me. He answered the questions I was able to think of. I felt that he genuinely cared about my concerns.

It was impossible to get on the doctor's schedule on my own. That said, I had someone from the surgical team working with me step in to help, at which point it was super easy. Dr. Pomerantz was wonderful - he helped me understand what was going on with my larynx and I truly benefitted from seeing him when I did.

Dr Pomerantz is an outstanding ENT, very knowledgeable, careful and responsive. He diagnosed my medical problem which has been going on since last Spring, and which other doctors did not correctly diagnosis. The meds he prescribed started helping within one day, although it will take weeks for the meds to end the condition.

I was very appreciative of the kindness and willingness to listen that all the staff, including resident & attending doctor, provided to me during a very painful bout of sinusitis. I would just like to say that Dr. Pomerantz has one of the best bedside manners I've experienced with doctors. From our initial visit, surgery and our next steps, he's been amazing. He listens to his patients and then offers different options for care. There's no judging, no doubt when talking to him that he cares for his patients.
