Dr. Herz is kind and professional. I've been seeing him for some time now, and he hasn't changed from the first time I met him. He smiles and shakes my hand when he walks in the room, he listens when I answer his questions and he takes his time with what he has found during his exam. His technician was kind and professional as well. Everyone in the office is quick to help when I walk in the room. I am pleased with Dr. Herz and his staff.

I have always enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Herz, the technician and the office staff. My appointment is easy to get, I receive reminders and when I arrive, my wait time is minimal. At this visit, my technician was kind and thorough. He explained everything that he was going to do and was professional throughout. Dr. Herz is always very professional and always has a smile on his face when he walks into the room. He asked how I am and we had a pleasant conversation. He was very thorough and went through what the technician did and he took his time while we talked about how my eyes were currently. I feel confident with Dr. Herz and his team.
