Joya Paul, MD, a neurologist and sleep medicine specialist at Endeavor Health, provides care for patients experiencing sleep disorders and other neurologic conditions. She is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through better sleep, and is especially interested in innovations for sleep apnea, including nerve stimulation implants. She took the time to explain what was entailed in my upcoming sleep lab appointment and how we would proceed if it revealed that I had sleep apnea.
