Doctor Ratner is exceptional; the finest physician I have ever had. I have full confidence in her. Something else: My cardiologist arranged for me to wear a heart monitor. The directions seemed beyond my competence to follow. I asked Doctor Ratner's nurse to help me with it. He Attached it and set it up for me on an app on my iPhone. He didn't have to do this. He could have sent me back to the cardiologist. But he didn't. He took the time to cheerfully do this for me. I am very grateful!
