Dr jones makes going to the dr so easy. She is friendly so very knowledgeable and she cares about me by listening and addressing all my concerns. The constant deflection of care to a psychologist is rather appalling. I have declined this treatment plan EVERYTIME I come to the office. I feel as if the dr is incapable of treating me and my symptoms related hormone replacement therapy, rather than referring me to someone who can assist me in this treatment she is so wrapped up on 1 symptom (the lack of sleep) in a list of symptoms of perimenopause. This is disheartening as a patient seeking help for ALL the symptoms.

Dr Jones is the best. As an ICU nurse myself, I need a balance of respecting my medical knowledge but also being my doctor and telling me things I may not want to hear. She balances this perfectly. I really like Dr Jones. We always talk about lab reports and treatment options and we discuss my treatment. She helps me make decisions about my health. My previous physician did what she thought was best for me and sometimes forced her opinions on me. This is NOT true with Dr Jones. I feel like we are equal partners in my health journey.

My helathcare provider was attentive to my concerns and questions, explained everything well and showed empathy and kindness. She also appeared somewhat distracted and rushed. This might have been due to the time constraints placed on your physicians, so they all have my sympathy. If that's the case, please consider this factor to make the experience better for both your staff and patients.
