There were no delays. There never are. It's like a miracle. I'm seen on time every time! And I know how thorough Dr. Chen is with his patients so it's extra refreshing that he can do both: be on time and still make sure the patient is actually 'seen' rather than just being checked off a list. The whole office is amazing and I have recommended them to anyone who will listen.
