The care provider was nice and friendly. There was a sense of silence when the call first started. I thought she would start by saying something like how can I help, or what's going on, or something. This did not happen. I pretty much launched the engagement. She eventually warmed up to me and after I asked, recommended over the counter medications were suggested.

This was a one-time visit as my PCP was not available for what I needed to have done within the requested time frame. I appreciated being able to complete the pre-op evaluation with Kara. Despite this being our first visit, she was familiar with my health history and we could complete the visit efficiently. I also enjoyed her collaborative approach throughout the visit.
