Dr. Jorgensen was amazing. She listened to everything that I had to say and did not rush me. I felt very comfortable telling her all my issues; even though some were probably not related to what was going on. I did not feel judged or she was not taking me seriously. Dr. Jorgensen is very soft spoken and calm, which I really needed during my visit. She gave me step by step instruction on what she wanted me to do next. I felt so well taken care and I highly respect her. Hats off to her!

My overall care received at Evanston Hospital was exemplary. I drove myself to the e.r. With Symptoms of dizziness. The staff in the e.r. Were amazing. They, by a fluke, found my brain tumor. The neuro o.a. Explains all they found and helped me understand that going home was not a good option. I was admitted 30 minutes later, scheduled for brain surgery. The floor nurses made sure I was comfortable and safe..

The front desk staff were mediocre compared to Northwest hospital. The doctor and the nurse were amazing , professional, and caring. The rest of the staff would get 1 star.

She offered options for continuing evaluation and treatment. Kate reached out within hours of my radiology results and, together, we developed a plan.
