Being greeted and treated by a nurse makes a huge difference in a health care encounter. Kate Jorgensen conducted a neurologic evaluation that was professional, sensitive and competent. She offered options for continuing evaluation and treatment. Kate reached out within hours of my radiology results and, together, we developed a plan.
