I appreciate that Dr Derby stopped in to let me know she's delayed but would be available as long as I needed to answer questions. I came her after 20 years at [...] for a variety of reasons, and the staff patiently listened to my questions and concerns. I wish I'd come here sooner. It would have prevented a lot of frustration I felt while at NW.
