About Keenan Hawkins, MD

Keenan Hawkins, MD, a pulmonologist at Endeavor Health, provides comprehensive care for patients with respiratory and pulmonary conditions. Dr Hawkins first helped me when I was in respiratory distress. He helped me get back to normal right away. He's had me come back every 6 months and encouraged me to contact him at the first sign of relapse. He's the best.

I am new to this practice, Dr.Hawkins, has been kind, a listener and most important to me is the fact he never has his foot out the door! As I have aged, and have unfortunately having doctor appointments more often,those that speak to me with one hand on the door knob, have lost me as a patient.

I appreciate the time he takes and the attention given to me/the reason for the visit. I appreciate being taught about how my lungs are working, about mucus and how to understand the process such as: when and why to take the medication [why the medication is dosed the way it is]. The conversations are always on purpose of the visit and are very interesting, I like having agency over my body and information/understanding it is the foundation of that.
