Dr Breger has been my MD for decades and is one of the best diagnosticians I have encountered over the years. I've had some strange things and he always figures it out and knows what is wrong with me and what to do. He really listens and knows me well and knows the "whole" me. I have been bounced from one general Practioner to another in the north shore network for the last 10 years. I switched to this particular doctor because of his stability. My spouse has been going to them for 15 years so I switched. I really wanted a female doctor but Doctor Breger made me feel so comfortable and listen to that I am glad I switched to him.

I felt I was rushed thru the appointment. This is supposed to be yearly physical where I can bring up any issue. My ears were not checked. No prostate exam. All that was done was blood pressure and listening to my heart. Labs were preformed prior and results were discussed. In and out like an assembly line.

Dr. Breger has been my PCP for decades and it's clear that he keeps current and up to date with different diagnosies and procedures. I trust him completely and he knows me very well and there is really no substitute for that. Background knowledge is key. He has always figured out my various and sometimes unusual maladies. Dr. Breger is very thorough, kind and attentive. He also is quite on time, which is unusual for most doctors. He is respectful of the patient's time. He takes his time with me and is NOT in a rush to get to the next patient. I have found his medical skills to be exactly what I am looking for: a good listener, attentive, compassionate, and has always been correct in his analysis. He also is NOT quick to medicate, but uses medicine as a last resort as opposed to a first option.

Dr. Breger is the best position I've ever had. Going to appointments is like going home, that sounds kind of dramatic, but he just is very easy to talk to you. He asked me what my concerns are. He addresses my concerns. He goes over labs and health issues he sees that he is concerned about. All without judgment and with a nice smile. I recommended him to others and even my husband sees him after I told him how great he is.
