I am 75. Other than seeing my PCP and colonoscopy, I have been Blessed to have never hospitalized until treatment for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome last November. I tell my friends that my Northshore experience has been the best ever. It's not too large but attracts the best talent in every category. Small enough that staff know each other which creates a strong collegial, team sprit. And I tell every nurse and tech who helps me. "Don't go to work elsewhere this place is fantastic". Turns it most have been at Northshore their entire careers.

To begin with the technician who did the ultrasound before the office visit was terrific. The office visit was terrific as well. Provider was very pleasant and friendly. Very thorough about the medications list, reason for being there and was able to tell me the results of the test I'd just had. She also explained that I could have my follow-up appointment in a year either at Glenbrook Hospital or Skoke Ambulatory Care Center. I chose Skokie because it Is an 8 minute drive and I can see her there. It was a pleasure to see her for the first time.
