She's a competent doctor but I don't feel like she really listens to me, when I talk to her about concerned, she just types on her computer and does a quick answer. She does not ask any follow up questions and just seems she's in a hurry to get out of there.

I have been her patient for about 12 years and she knows I am appropriate with questions and respectful of her time. When I told her I had a few questions to ask her because I only see her ONCE a year, she said, "We will see if we have time." That was hurtful and disrespectful of me. And I was able to ask everything in the amount of time I was "allotted" for my appointment, So there was no need for that remark.
