First impression was overhearing Dr Singh speak to his staff (while I was walking to x-ray, and in the hallway in front of my exam room), and he was so kind to them. Being a healthcare worker myself, this was extremely important and impressive. During my exam, he was lighthearted, very thorough, asked lots of questions, answered my questions and was encouraging. He was clear about his plan of care, and offered options. I highly recommend him!
