I ended up being 15 minutes past my start time, And I had called prior and they said they could only hold my appointment 10 minutes past But made an exception and Met with me, even though I was late. I was extremely appreciative as I had made this appointment five months ago and the traffic was unusually bad. Being able to see me, even though I was late really helped and I very much appreciated. They were able to make that exception.
