I didn't get a lot of guidance on ways to lose weight without meds. 90% of the appointment was regarding Ozempic or Wegovy, which I said I was not Interested in starting. [...] She referenced some old blood tests (3-4 years ago), regarding blood sugars, etc., my latest numbers are within the normal range, so I am not diabetic, or even pre-diabetic, I was able to reverse things, I just want help with nutrition. I stated that, but the push was still to go on Ozempic or maybe Wegovy. [...]
