I worked with Laura Landgraf years ago. And recently was directed to find some nutrition and weight loss help. I was so glad I was able to find her again and get her suggestions. I feel she's a very good teacher and she does it in a way that you don't even know she's teaching you. I would recommend her to anyone including my family.
