During his consultation, Dr. Frank was compassionate, understanding, answered all of my questions, took the time to review MyChart ahead of time to be well educated on my last six months of history and medical concerns, shared great medical advice, used wonderful analogies for how my foot nerves were sending mixed messages to my brain, took the time to explain a good plan of action moving forward and he gave me the first "Peace of Mind" in six months.
