I made the appt for 9 am and I got there by 8:40 like they asked me to. I wasn't seen until 9:40. I really didn't appreciate it at all - no one informed me of the delay. The nurses were all playing with a service dog that visited. I understand the dog was cute but no consideration for the patients waiting. I informed the doctor about I fainted a couple of times and she had no follow up questions. She really didn't want to know anything about the concerns. Just ordered the blood test. I had them do a flu test on me - that result wasn't shared. I really won't be going back.

This was the first time I met Dr. Virasch and I was VERY impressed. She was nice, personable and listened to my concerns from my bout with pneumonia. She ordered some additional testing to be on the safe side which is greatly appreciated. She clearly is very diligent with her patients.
