I met with Liesl as a walk-in. She was prompt, courteous and attentive to my concerns. She provided me with needed prescriptions and detailed feedback on follow up if warranted. While I hope to stay healthy and far away from the Dr. Office, if I do, I hope it's done with the level of care that Liesl provided.

The staff worked well together. The admissions tech was good at explaining and getting me ready to see the PA. PA actions professional. Referral process was smoothe until the Specialty MD appointment if far into the future. But did set me up on waitlist.

For this appointment I saw Liesl. I appreciate that I had seen her in the past. She took time to listen to all of my concerns and took care of my reason for visiting. I was finally able to complete blood work (I had the impression that I needed to fast so I held off over a year), It was not needed. When I had the blood work done the results were almost too fast. The results were viewable before Dr. Skop could review. I would be happy waiting an extra day. I think the doctor/nurse should review first and then put the results in MyChart. My reason is because 1 thing was Abnormal and it made me worried until the doctor clarified the meaning of the results

Liesl Blethen, PA-C. Examined me, was patient with me, helped me understand this fungal infection is a new ailment for me & she was excellent at explanation of what it is, how to care for it, careful review of medications available for care which was extremely important given a joint replacement is scheduled in weeks and all infection needs to be gone before surgery.
