Dr. Abrams is knowledgeable and a true professional. She is personable and takes time to answer all questions. I trust her with all of my health concerns. I waited to respond to this survey because I've been thinking a lot about my last couple of appointments with my doctor. At an appointment a couple of years ago, I had gained some weight that was likely all muscle weight since I workout 6 days a week and was working with a trainer to build muscle. Despite telling the nurse I didn't want to know my weight, she never communicated that with the doctor. Then it was the first thing the doctor spoke to me about. She was asking me so many questions and told me how she had to change the way she ate when she hit her 40s. I am a recovering anorexic who was hospitalized in my past. The conversation really threw me off. Nothing about me is overweight, and just looking at me, anyone can see I'm muscular and healthy. I'm a size 0 or 2 for goodness sake. She seemed very fixated on my weight. My best friend left this doctor because of the same reason.

My care provider is Excellent! She is caring, provides quality positive information - guided to my needs and not the verbiage of medical definitions with broad range of "what ifs". She bright, funny, caring and makes you feel that you are in "good hands" with her knowledge, care and kindness! I have referred family and friends to her practice over the past 20 years.

My PCP is incredibly kind and that nurses or doctors assistances that take my stats and vitals are always nice. The lab techs are generally friendly as well. Sometimes the front desk workers are not very welcoming but they help you as needed, depends on who helps you.
