Lisa Murphy, APN-CNP, an advanced practice clinician specializing in bariatric and obesity medicine at Endeavor Health, helps patients address weight-related health challenges. With a background in family practice and lifestyle medicine, she partners with patients to improve nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management. Lisa integrates medications and bariatric surgery when appropriate, aligning care with each patient’s goals. Her approach emphasizes self-empowerment, education and holistic strategies that support long-term weight management, improved health and enhanced quality of life.
My endeavor
My endeavor is to combine the areas of lifestyle medicine with obesity medicine and help empower my patients to achieve self-love and respect so deep that they have all the power within to engage in all of the pillars of longevity so that as they go on their life journey, they are writing a legacy in which they can look back and know that they did everything they could to live a healthy life that makes them happy.

My goal is to help patients lose weight and gain life through a kind, holistic and medically supported approach. I partner with each person to create a lifestyle built on self-love, respect and sustainable habits that include nutrition, movement and sleep. By meeting patients where they are, I help create individualized plans that help them reach their health goals, gain confidence and improve overall wellbeing.
