Dr. Juarez was incredibly professional and kind/gentle throughout my entire appointment. I was very anxious about having my IUD replaced because of the pain that goes with it, and she was very reassuring and talked me through each step. She made this very unpleasant experience much better than it could have been.

It felt like a rushed appointment because she was an hour behind. She did cover everything and asked if I had questions. This appointment didn't need to be an appointment. I didn't have an Ultrasound as I am an IVF patient, so no care was given. I waited an hour to be seen for 5 minutes and was talked at quickly the entire time.

Dr. Juarez is thorough and kind. She truly cares about her patients and doesn't make you feel rushed in an appointment or interaction. I drove from out of town to see her because I've not found a physician closer to me that provides the same level of care or had the same kind bedside manner. She's one of a kind!
